We had a lovely time in Manhattan performing new material from our forthcoming EP ‘Electric Prisms’ at the Delancey in conjunction with The Deli! Extending a massive thank you to all those who made it possible!
Deli writer Dave Cromwell shot fun videos of the performance! Thanks again to Dave + everyone at the Deli!
Initially asked to contribute memorabilia for the cover design, a key high-res scan landed in Andrew Prinz’s possession years prior. Said scan is Hannett’s Birdseye view floorplan drawing of equipment, effects, and gear used for Joy Division’s ‘Closer.’
Hannett tucked the drawing inside the LP sleeve as a premium in a copy of ‘Closer’ to the 100,000th Factory Records customer. Not quite Willy Wonka, but Martin Hannett sure did have swag.
